Outlook Calendar Could Not Be Updated - Some group members do not see specific groups in the left nav in calendar tab so they have to go back to mail tab, go to groups folder and then click on group calendar link found in the ribbon. Outlook Calendar Could Not Be Updated - For planner synch to work you have to add the calendar manually from outlook. The teams room calendar itself receives the invitations and meeting schedules as normal but the people who created the event and invited the room do not see it in the teams room calendar they have. I Have Opened A Ticket With Exchange Online And With Exchange Support But Both Have Said It.

I created an outlook group which i added our staff to. This is just a workaround. Even after forwarding the meeting invite to the meeting organizer, they were not able to accept. Dear all,  users are not able to view calendar that reside on specific server.
